Alloy Description: High Conductivity Copper Mold Tooling Alloy
Copper Ni-Sn Alloy which gets its strength from “Spinodal Decomposition”. This grade of material has a very high hardness to conductivity ratio and is good for moderate stress applications where erosion is a concern. Applications are mainly in Mold tooling including; cavity and core inserts.
