THE BENEFITS OF C63200 NICKEL ALUMINUM BRONZE

C63200 is a CuNiAl high strength alloy. It is designed to take moderate impact while withstanding high erosion and corrosion rates.

Among the benefits :

  • SUB-SAFE Level 1 application material.
  • Low magnetic permeability, making it well-suited for use in finely-tuned instrumentation and other magnetic equipment.
  • Superior anti-corrosive properties, even in seawater.
  • Easy machine-able, allowing it to be manufactured to a wide variety of applications
  • We stock this alloy to the MIL-B-24059 and the QQ-C-645 with the UT testing complete.

Beyond its military applications, C63200 is used in commercial applications such as standard work boat and R.O.V. programs. Applications include; accumulator head components, valve bonnets, prop shafts, fasteners, propeller hardware, salt water pump seals\bushings, valve stem nuts, and non-sparking hand tools.
